Our Knowledge Base editor enables you to organise and store your content following a Category-->Folder-->Article structure.
After inputting information into the editor, you can select the "Sync with AI" option which initiates the learning process for the model.
You now have the ability to evaluate the AI model's responses, which are based on the content you've supplied either manually or sourced from your URL. To do this, navigate to the "Chat" section found under "Test and Go Live".
