Train AI Model

Introduction:

Neuralmind’s AI model is designed to handle product-centric queries, frequently asked questions, and any other material you train it with. Whether you're building and maintaining your Knowledge Base or instantly drawing from documentation on an existing URL, Neuralmind's AI model will adapt to your content and answer your customer inquiries.

You can also create multiple AI models with each model hosting it's own unique data.

Adding data:

Our Knowledge Base editor enables you to organise and store your content following a Category-->Folder-->Article structure.

After inputting information into the editor, you can select the "Sync with AI" option which initiates the learning process for the model.

Testing:

You now have the ability to evaluate the AI model's responses, which are based on the content you've supplied either manually or sourced from your URL. To do this, navigate to the "Chat" section found under "Test and Go Live".
